With a commitment to reaching million of children, Sparsh for Children endeavours to excel in building and educating capacity to the special needs of the kids. And to improve the quality life of the children who are facing Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD), Learning Difficulty (Dyslexia), Attention Difficulties, Speech & Language Difficulties, Intellectual Disability and Social & Emotional Difficulties. The aim is to integrate the differently abled children and their families into the societies effectively.

Surabhi Verma is the Director & Founder of Sparsh for Children and works with children having special needs. Having done a PG certification course in Autism from University of Birmingham, UK and masters in Child Development from the MS University Vadodara, she has been working with children with different abilities since 2002. She has a wide range of experience working with children with neurological disorders. Over the period of time, she has found her niche working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Dyslexia. She has worked with various hospitals and Therapy Centers as a Consultant before founding Sparsh for Children in 2005.

While spending most of her time with Sparsh for Children, she continues to work with number of schools and therapists advising them on how to structure their curriculum and design the training modules for their staff. She has also been involved in providing theoretical and internship training to budding special educators across various institutes.

This Organisation has developed and introduced innovative structured training courses like nurturing the abilities of special needs children, we carry out interventions ranging from Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Play & Study Groups, Early Intervention Centre, Speech & Language Therapy and Psychological and Family Counseling. These all therapies are done together under one roof. The mission is to provide the highest value-added hands on and therapeutic services to our children, families and schools.
